What is IQ and How to Improve IQ Capacity

I.Q. (intelligence quotient) in general, is an assessment of your ability to think and reason. IQ score is a standardized way of comparing this ability with the majority of people the same age as you are. A score of 100 means that compared to these people in your general age group that you have basically an average intelligence. Most psychologists would say those scoring in a range of 95 to 105 are of a normal intelligence or have an average IQ. Actual IQ score may vary plus or minus five points since it is very difficult to get an IQ score with complete accuracy. Keep in mind, there are many outside factors that may have a negative impact on your score. For instance, if you are not feeling well at the time of taking the test. Or perhaps you are distracted by something on that particular day. These things may affect your score. Additionally, IQ is not the be all end all of a person's abilities in life. IQ score fails to measure things such as manual dexterity (obviously), musical talent, and a slew of other abilities that may lead one to many different successes in life. However, your score on an IQ test will give you a pretty accurate indication of the ability you possess to think, reason and solve problems which can often be critical in many phases of your life.

IQ tests measure this general intellectual ability in a number of different ways. They may test:
  • spatial ability: the ability to visualize manipulation of shapes
  • mathematical ability: the ability to solve problems and use logic
  • language ability: This could include the ability to complete sentences or recognize words when letters have been rearranged or removed.
  • memory ability: the ability to recall things presented either visually or aurally

Why Diary Products, Carbohydrates, Chocolate and etc..Cause Acne??

1. Carbohydrates: One study found that people who frequently consumed added sugars had a 30% greater risk of developing acne, while those who regularly ate pastries and cakes had a 20% greater risk.                                      This increased risk may be explained by the effects refined carbohydrates have on blood sugar and insulin levels. Refined carbohydrates are absorbed quickly into the bloodstream, which rapidly raises blood sugar levels. When blood sugars rise, insulin levels also rise to help shuttle the blood sugars out of the bloodstream and into your cells. However, high levels of insulin are not good for those with acne. Insulin makes androgen hormones more active and increases insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1). This contributes to acne development by making skin cells grow more quickly and by boosting sebum production. On the other hand, low-glycemic diets, which do...

10 foods that can damage your health and body

1. Fruit Juices The fruit juices you find at the supermarket aren't always what they seem. They may have small amounts of real fruit in them, but often they are little more than water, artificial flavor and sugar. But  even if  you're drinking real fruit juice, it is still a bad idea . Fruit juice is like fruit with most of the good stuff removed. All that is left is the sugar and a few vitamins. Orange juice, for example, contains the same amount  of sugar as Coca Cola. There's no fiber in it, no chewing resistance and nothing to stop you from downing massive amounts of sugar in a short amount of time. Eating too much sugar is associated with all sorts of diseases. These include obesity, type II diabetes, cardiovascular disease and many others. It is much better to avoid fruit juices and eat real fruits instead. 2: Milk It may do a body good, but your skin? Not so much. Especially the skim variety. "Milk can be full of growth hormones and growth fac...
