Acne and Foods That Cause You Acne

There is a common problem between teenagers that everyone suffers from it, it is called ACNE.
Acne is a pimple outbreak at some point in live which is a normal and physiologic cycle but, HOW TO PREVENT IT?

INTRODUCTION:
Acne generally starts when secretions from the skin's sebaceous glands (oil glands) plug the tiny openings for hair follicles (plugged pores). If the openings are large, the clogs take the form of blackheads: small, flat spots with dark centers. If the openings stay small, the clogs take the form of whiteheads: small, flesh-colored bumps. Both types of plugged pores can develop into swollen, tender inflammations or pimples or deeper lumps or nodules. Nodules associated with severe cases of acne(cystic acne) are firm swellings below the skin's surface that become inflamed, tender, and sometimes infected.

Most Common Age for Acne

Acne can occur in any age group. But it is fairly common in teenagers.
Starting from the stages of puberty till the moment one is of age, there is a high risk that they can develop acne.

Which Foods Cause Acne
Many medical book has written that foods doesn't cause acne but according to many professor's ideas there are foods that will cause acne.
"Dry fruits, hot pepper, chocolate, chips, crackers and pizza commonly cause acne but it will differs among the people and country for example, someone will not react with one of the above mentioned food while other may react with, it is better to determine which food cause you acne." says Prof. Sultan Najib Dabiry from Afghanistan in his book Cosmetic Dermatology.

Also, poor nutrition also cause acne, "Poor nutrition may make acne-prone teenseven more susceptible to breakouts," says Ava Shamban, MD, a Beverly Hills, Calif., dermatologist and author of Heal Your skin.

  • Pressure: In some patients, pressure from helmets, chin straps, collars, suspenders, and the like can aggravate acne.
  • Drugs: Some medications may cause or worsen acne, such as those containing iodides, bromides, or oral or injected steroids.

Acne's treatment
"The best doctor give the least medicine to the patient" says Benjamin Franklin.
Many doctors today says that, Prevention is Better than the Treatment, and so it is. But if you have pimple on your face first determine which foods cause it and stop using them for example your reaction might be with dry-fruits or maybe with hot-pepper, when you found the cause of your food and stopped eating it; try to keep your face dry for some day or maybe one week (if your face is oily). If you noticed the changes know that by continuing this method you won't have more pimples after a month BUT, if it is not worked you need to get some ointment medicine for it but NEVER EVER TRY TO TAKE MEDICINES WITHOUT YOUR DOCTOR'S PERMIT.

One Important thing that you should never ever do it is squeezing your pimples.

While the foods discussed above may contribute to the development of acne, there are other foods and nutrients that may help keep your skin clear. These include:
  • Omega-3 fatty acids: Omega-3s are anti-inflammatory, and regular consumption has been linked to a reduced risk of developing acne.
  • Probiotics: Probiotics promote a healthy gut and balanced microbiome, which is linked to reduced inflammation and a lower risk of acne development.

Ramadan and Its Benefits

What Is Ramadan? Ramadan is the most sacred month of the year in Islamic culture. Muslims observe the month of Ramadan, to mark that Allah, or God, gave the first chapters of the Quran to the Prophet Muhammad in 610, according to the  Times of India . During Ramadan, Muslims fast, abstain from pleasures and pray to become closer to God. It is also a time for families to gather and celebrate. -Ramadan is the ninth month in the Islamic calendar, which is a lunar calendar based on the cycles of the moon.  What Is The Benefits of Ramadan? Fasting has many benefits for the body as well as for the mind. It gives the body some needed respite provided one does not indulge in the night. And the rigorous discipline and code of conduct that have to be observed daily as part of fasting and for as long as thirty days contribute to one’s patience, tolerance, and overall wellbeing. These are by themselves great benefits of fasting. But beyond that we should also strive for ...

10 foods that can damage your health and body

1. Fruit Juices The fruit juices you find at the supermarket aren't always what they seem. They may have small amounts of real fruit in them, but often they are little more than water, artificial flavor and sugar. But  even if  you're drinking real fruit juice, it is still a bad idea . Fruit juice is like fruit with most of the good stuff removed. All that is left is the sugar and a few vitamins. Orange juice, for example, contains the same amount  of sugar as Coca Cola. There's no fiber in it, no chewing resistance and nothing to stop you from downing massive amounts of sugar in a short amount of time. Eating too much sugar is associated with all sorts of diseases. These include obesity, type II diabetes, cardiovascular disease and many others. It is much better to avoid fruit juices and eat real fruits instead. 2: Milk It may do a body good, but your skin? Not so much. Especially the skim variety. "Milk can be full of growth hormones and growth fac...

How To Become A Successful Doctor

Being a successful doctor isn’t hard, but it also takes effort. And when I say it’s not hard, I mean that it’s easier than what we all went through to become  a doctor (testing, rotations, testing, long nights, and more testing). That being said, we aren’t necessarily blessed with the ability to become successful nor are we even taught how to become successful. I’ve collated a few key pointers that my mentors have recommended throughout the years. You need to many thing for example: The Three A’s The fundamentals of building your reputation are the three A’s: Affability, Availability, and Ability. No matter how stressed out we are with our lives, practices, and patients, we have to be nice. Remember, we are a service industry. With quality performance measures and ratings, affability is even more critical. Word of mouth still drives our referrals, so we have to present ourselves accordingly. In order to generate business, we have to be available. People do not like t...
