What Is Meditation and How We Should Do It In a Good Way.

What Is Meditation?

Meditation is a means of transforming the mind. Meditation practices are techniques that encourage and develop concentration, clarity, emotional positivity, and a calm seeing of the true nature of things. By engaging with a particular meditation practice you learn the patterns and habits of your mind, and the practice offers a means to cultivate new, more positive ways of being. With regular work and patience these nourishing, focused states of mind can deepen into profoundly peaceful and energized states of mind. Such experiences can have a transformative effect and can lead to a new understanding of life.

What happens in your brain when you meditate?
This is where things get really interesting. Using modern technology like fMRI scans, scientists have developed a more thorough understanding of what’s taking place in our brains when we meditate, kind of similar to how scientists have previously looked at measuring creativity in our brains. The overall difference is that our brains stop processing information as actively as they normally would. We start to show a decrease in beta waves, which indicate that our brains are processing information, even after a single 20-minute meditation session if we’ve never tried it before. In the image below you can see how the beta waves (shown in bright colors on the left) are dramatically reduced during meditation.

What Are The Benefits Of Meditation?
1.    Better Focus

3.    More Creativity
4.    More Compassion
5.    Better Memory
6.    Less Stress
7.    More Gray Matter

If your environment is quiet and without noise it is better to play it loud but, if you are in a place where you could hear someone’s says or noises its better to use headphones.

Look After Your Teeth More (Tips For Healthy Teeth)

Here are some tips to help you look after your teeth. Brush at least twice a day.  The best time to brush teeth is after meals. Choose a toothbrush with a small head for better access to back teeth. Soft bristles are kinder on your gums.  How To Brush Your Teeth Correctly Use fluoridated toothpaste.  Fluoride helps to harden tooth enamel and reduces your risk of decay.  How To Floss Your Teeth Correctly Brush thoroughly.  Tooth brushing should take between two and three minutes. Floss your teeth daily.  Use a slow and gentle sawing motion. Limit acidic drinks like soft drinks, cordials and fruit juices.  Food acids soften tooth material and dissolve the minerals in tooth enamel, causing holes (cavities or caries). Why Diary Products, Carbohydrates, Chocolate and etc..Cause Acne??

1. Carbohydrates: One study found that people who frequently consumed added sugars had a 30% greater risk of developing acne, while those who regularly ate pastries and cakes had a 20% greater risk.                                      This increased risk may be explained by the effects refined carbohydrates have on blood sugar and insulin levels. Refined carbohydrates are absorbed quickly into the bloodstream, which rapidly raises blood sugar levels. When blood sugars rise, insulin levels also rise to help shuttle the blood sugars out of the bloodstream and into your cells. However, high levels of insulin are not good for those with acne. Insulin makes androgen hormones more active and increases insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1). This contributes to acne development by making skin cells grow more quickly and by boosting sebum production. On the other hand, low-glycemic diets, which do not dramatically raise blood sugars or insulin levels, are associated with reduced acne sever
